Researching Jewelry Trends I've been a jewelry maker and designer for five years now, and I've been intrigued by the differences and preferences that people have about jewelry. I like to fashion my jewelry according to what is popular and add my own favorite elements to my designs. My Findings on Metal Type I'm finding that sterling silver as well as fine silver to be very popular sellers in my shops as well as white bronze. I've even had one wholesale account want to sell nothing but silver and white bronze jewelry items. It would be interesting to see if this is just in the handmade jewelry area or if this is true for manufactured jewelry as well. Maybe it has something to do with the economy. It may be interesting to see if it shifts as the economy improves.
